Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup through their website.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
